The founders and members of the UARO NGO gathered in a warm, relaxed atmosphere to meet a true master of amateur radio — Andrii Viktorovych Liakin (UT2UB), head of the Kyiv radio club.

During the meeting he generously shared stories from his many years in the hobby, which inspired everyone present. The conversation turned to the prospects for the further development of the organisation, effective ways of drawing young people into amateur radio, and the ambitious plans to set up a club station under the NGO.
On behalf of the chair and the whole team, Andrii Viktorovych was formally presented with a certificate of appreciation for his tireless dedication to the cause, which inspires new generations of radio amateurs.
